When we’re in our right mind, we all have the innate experience of connection, happiness, and peace. That inner wisdom never disappears—even in the midst of anxiety, depression, or conflict. It may feel hidden or out of reach, but it’s still there.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken. Your true nature doesn’t need fixing. Instead, therapy is a process of gently removing the blocks that keep you from accessing the clarity, strength, and deep knowing that’s already present.
Even in life’s most difficult moments there is a path forward.
About:
Tara’s undergraduate and graduate studies provided a solid foundation in psychology, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the research that supports it.
However, it’s the 15+ years of post-graduate study under a teacher of non-dual philosophy—alongside her ongoing connection with A Course in Miracles—that have most deeply shaped her work. This path has cultivated an intuitive approach to therapy, one that honors inner wisdom, presence, and the deeper truth beneath surface-level symptoms.
More recently, the exploration of Monroe Sound Science and its ability to support expanded states of
consciousness along with training with the Monroe Institute, offers yet another tool to support healing and self-awareness.
“We all have the worst ways of acting when we are hungry for the peace that hasn’t left our mind.”
“One person may forget this peace and act out in one way; another forgets and acts out in a different way. But at its root, it’s all the same.”
Tara’s therapeutic approach is grounded in openness, collaboration, and nonjudgment—creating a space where this remembering can begin again.

Focus:
Therapy becomes a space to listen inwardly, attuning to the subtle guidance that arises in stillness. As awareness turns from patterns of struggle toward this quiet inner voice, it naturally remembers its true ground — openness, peace, and love. From here, healing unfolds not through fixing up, but through recognition of what has always been present.

A compassionate space to explore your challenges and connect with the wisdom within you. While we can’t change others or the world around us, we can transform how we experience them — creating more peace, freedom, and meaningful change from the inside out.

Beyond conflict and disconnection, shifting not only how you relate to each other, but how the the relationship is experience — opening space to feel love and connection without needing to change the other person.

Touch is our mother tongue — the first language where love was expressed or withheld. For some, sex is where that language flows most freely, a tender exchange of affection and connection. For others, the shaping forces of experience and conditioning have changed its cadence, making the intimacy of sexual connection feel out of reach, yet still quietly longed for. Through compassionate exploration, it’s possible to rediscover this language of touch —allowing intimacy, affection, and connection to be felt with ease once more.
